Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading government contracts and grants programs.
• Knowledge of federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, GSA) and GWAC/IDIQ vehicles.
• Strong coordination with legal (OGC) and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of government contracts and grants.
• Evaluate contract and grant vehicles and pursue opportunities aligned with strategy.
• Coordinate legal reviews of NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and certifications.
• Develop internal policies to maintain FAR/DFARS/GSA compliance and oversee training.
