BDO USA seeks a Contracts and Compliance Senior Manager to lead the full lifecycle management of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and GSA requirements. The role oversees MAS, OASIS+, and GWAC/IDIQ vehicles, coordinating with OGC on legal reviews and maintaining certifications.

Qualificações

• Experience leading government contracts and grants lifecycle management.
• Strong familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and GSA terms and certifications.
• Ability to coordinate with Office of General Counsel and review NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts.
• Proven track record in regulatory compliance for government programs at the contract level.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and select contract and grant vehicles based on strategy, risk and compliance.
• Coordinate preparation and submission of required documentation for contract and grant vehicles.
• Monitor ongoing reporting, renewal and administrative requirements for active vehicles.
• Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Provide input on terms for proposals and compliance with governing laws.
• Serve as liaison with government contracting officers and internal stakeholders on contract terms and risk.
