Job summary

BDO USA in Charlotte is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Manager to own the full lifecycle of government contracts and grants, ensuring strict adherence to FAR, DFARS, and GSA requirements across MAS, OASIS+, and other GWACs.

The role coordinates with OGC for legal reviews, maintains SAM.gov registrations, and guides proposal content, terms, and representations, while managing compliance across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years or more of relevant contracts, grants and compliance experience with Federal, state and local governments, required
• Three (3) years or more of direct administration of a GSA MAS/OASIS+ or GWAC/IDIQ vehicle, including modifications and renewals, preferred
• Experience with FAR, DFARS, and government contracting processes and policies, required
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of government contracts and grants
• Coordinate with OGC for legal reviews and risk determinations
• Maintain SAM.gov registrations and annual representations and certifications
• Oversee contract modifications, performance monitoring, reporting, and closeout
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams and supervise staff
