Job summary

BDO USA in the United States is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Manager to lead full lifecycle management of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS, GSA MAS, and GWAC/IDIQ requirements. The role collaborates with OGC and business teams to evaluate opportunities, prepare documentation, and manage risk across contracts and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; seven years of government contracts experience preferred.
• Experience with GSA MAS and GWAC/IDIQ vehicles (e.g., OASIS+).
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and related contracting rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead vehicle evaluation and submission coordination for contracts and grants.
• Coordinate NDA, teaming agreements, and subcontract routing with Legal.
• Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs for compliance and coordinate legal review.
• Provide input on terms, representations, and contract risk for proposals.
• Monitor contract modifications, performance, reporting, and closeout.
• Develop internal policies ensuring FAR/DFARS/compliance adherence.
