Job summary

BDO USA, a leading professional services firm, seeks a Contracts and Compliance Senior Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of government contracts and grants, ensuring adherence to FAR, DFARS, GSA and related regulations. This role collaborates with OGC and leadership to evaluate contract vehicles, coordinate NDAs, and support proposal responses during the bidding process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Seven+ years of government contracts, grants, and compliance experience required.
Three+ years of direct administration of GSA MAS or GWAC/IDIQ vehicles, required.
Experience with FAR, DFARS, and other contracting rules and procedures.
SAM.gov registrations and annual renewals experience required.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and recommend contract and grant vehicles based on growth, risk, and compliance.
Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal input.
Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to identify compliance requirements and coordinate legal review.
Lead contract and grant strategy, risk assessment, and post-award compliance activities.
Manage government contract lifecycle from kickoff to closeout with cross-functional teams.
