Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Manager to lead full lifecycle management of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS, GSA terms, and state/local regs. You will maintain SAM.gov, coordinate with OGC on NDAs and subcontracts, and guide proposal content and terms for multiple contract vehicles.

The role requires strong attention to detail, multi-entity oversight, and the ability to drive compliance across the lifecycle of contracts and grants within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of contracts, grants and compliance experience with government bodies.
• Experience managing GSA MAS or GWAC/IDIQ vehicles is required.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, SAM.gov and contract representations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate contract vehicles and coordinate submissions and renewals.
• Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Review RFPs and develop compliant responses with internal teams.
• Ensure SAM.gov registrations and annual representations are up to date.
• Monitor compliance, audits, and regulatory changes; lead process improvements.
