Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Contracts and Compliance Senior Manager to own end-to-end government contract and grant lifecycle with a focus on FAR, DFARS, and GSA requirements. You will support vehicle evaluation, submissions, and teaming while coordinating with Legal on NDAs and subcontracts.

The role requires strong experience in SAM.gov registrations, GWAC/IDIQ vehicles, and regulatory audits, with a strategic view on compliance risks and process improvements across the firm.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years or more of relevant contracts, grants and compliance experience with Federal, state and local governments, required.
• Three (3) years or more of direct administration of a GSA MAS contract or a federal GWAC/IDIQ vehicle required.
• SAM.gov registration maintenance including annual renewals and FAR representations required.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle management of government contracts and grants with FAR/DFARS/GSA compliance.
• Evaluate contract vehicles and prepare documentation for submissions.
• Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs for compliance and coordinate legal review.
• Monitor contract performance, reporting, and closeout requirements.
• Develop internal policies to maintain compliance with federal/state/local laws.
