Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Manager to lead end-to-end government contract and grant lifecycle management. You will ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, GSA terms, and state/local requirements, coordinating with OGC on NDA s, teaming agreements, and subcontracts.

You will manage SAM.gov registrations, representations, certifications, and monitor changes to keep practices current. The role may supervise others and requires attention to detail and strong government

Qualifications

• 7+ years of contracts, grants and compliance experience with Federal, state and local governments.
• 3+ years administering a GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract or a federal GWAC/IDIQ vehicle (e.g., OASIS+, Alliant, SEWP).
• Experience owning a SAM.gov entity registration, including annual representations and certifications.
• 3+ years supporting federal, state and local government proposals.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense FAR (DFARS), and other contracting rules.
• Working knowledge of FAR Part 8.4 and FAR Part 16.5.
• Ability to interpret GSA MAS and OASIS+ terms and communicate with Contracting Officers or representatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle management of government contracts and grants and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare compliant proposal content and coordinate with OGC and government contacts.
• Maintain SAM.gov registrations and annual representations and certifications.
• Monitor regulatory updates and conduct periodic compliance reviews to identify remediation needs.
• Supervise staff and provide training with OGC coordination.
• Support pre- and post-award strategy and risk mitigation planning.
