Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Manager to lead the full lifecycle management of government contracts and grants, including FAR/DFARS, GSA MAS, OASIS+ and GWAC/IDIQ vehicles. The role coordinates with the Office of the General Counsel for legal review and aligns with enterprise compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of contracts, grants and compliance experience with Federal, state and local governments.
• Three or more years of direct administration of a GSA MAS or GWAC/IDIQ vehicle (e.g., OASIS+, Alliant, SEWP) including modifications and option/renewal actions.
• Demonstrated experience owning a SAM.gov entity registration and completing FAR representations and certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; Advanced degree preferred.
• NCMA CFCM or CPCM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate contract vehicles and coordinate documentation to support submissions.
• Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal input.
• Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to identify compliance requirements and coordinate legal review.
• Lead proposal support on representations, terms and conditions and exception summaries.
• Provide program-level compliance monitoring and risk mitigation throughout contract lifecycle.
