Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage the full lifecycle of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and GSA requirements. The role supports MAS, OASIS+, and other GWAC/IDIQ vehicles, coordinating with the Office of the General Counsel and internal teams to prepare compliant proposal content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four+ years of contracts and compliance experience with Federal/State governments.
• Experience with GSA MAS contract or GWAC/IDIQ vehicles (e.g., OASIS+) recommended.
• Familiarity with SAM.gov entity registration and annual representations and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Research relevant contract vehicles and identify opportunities.
• Prepare and coordinate contractual and grant documentation for submissions.
• Review and support NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Analyze FAR, DFARS, GSA terms and provide compliance assessments.
• Coordinate with OGC for legal reviews and representations during proposals.
• Maintain SAM.gov registrations and ensure timely contract deliverables.
