Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of Government and Commercial contracts.

The role involves proposal development, negotiation, and ongoing administration to ensure compliance with government specifications and company policy. You will provide strategic contractual guidance to Integrated Product Teams, respond to inquiries, and monitor performance, cost controls, and compliance across major contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience administering Prime US Government contracts, FMS contracts, and/or Commercial contracts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, IDIQ).
• Advanced knowledge of government IP/software/data rights and IP marking guidelines.
• Experience in monitoring contracts/subcontracts and cost controls.

Responsabilités

• Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts.
• Negotiate and administer agreements with customers/subcontractors/vendors.
• Review solicitation terms and amendments, ensuring compliance with policies and requirements.
• Provide contractual guidance to IPTs and program/operations managers.
• Prepare and submit compliant Truthful Cost or Pricing Data proposals.
