Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. in Bridgeton, MO, seeks a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of Government and Commercial contracts, including proposals and negotiations, with an option for in-person or remote work schedule.

You will provide strategic contractual guidance to Integrated Product Teams, ensure compliance with government specifications, and handle cost data proposals, amendments, and exports, while monitoring performance and ensuring alignment with policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience administering Prime US Government contracts, FMS contracts, and/or Commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract/purchase order terms and conditions and knowledge of government contracting processes.
• Knowledge of contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, IDIQ) and IP/data rights clauses.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts
• Negotiate and administer agreements between the company, customers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Review solicitation terms, amendments and modifications for compliance
• Provide contractual advice and guidance to Contract Lead/Program and Operations Managers
• Respond to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions
• Provide fulfillment of contract deliverables, billings and cash collections
• Prepare proposals and export license documentation
• Maintain internal and external customer relations
• Monitor contract performance and cost controls for compliance
