Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of Government and Commercial contracts from proposal through execution.

The role provides strategic contractual guidance to Integrated Product Teams, negotiates terms, and ensures compliance with government specifications and company policies. The position offers a mix of in-person and remote work with a focus on major government contracts, export controls, cost analysis, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering Prime US Government contracts, FMS contracts, and/or Commercial contracts
• Strong understanding of contract/purchase order terms and conditions and knowledge of government contracting processes including sole source and competitive procurements
• Knowledge of contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, IDIQ, etc.) and IP/data rights clauses
• Experience with source selection/evaluation and cost/price analysis
• Drafting, negotiation and review of contracts, subcontracts, POs, and teaming agreements

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts.
• Negotiate and administer agreements between the company, customers, subcontractors, and vendors in accordance with policies.
• Review solicitation terms, interpret terms and conditions, and identify potential issues; provide guidance and support to the Contract Lead/Program and Operations Managers.
• Prepare contract deliverables, including terms and conditions, and assemble documentation packages.
• Support export license applications and maintain internal/external customer relations.
• Prepare teaming agreements and MOUs; participate in proposal preparation and cost analyses.
