Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to lead the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts. The role negotiates terms, prepares proposals, and ensures compliance with company policies and government requirements.

Based at the Bridgeton, MO facility with in-person or remote work options, you will guide Integrated Product Teams and manage risk while coordinating with program and operations managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• ~5+ years of experience administering Prime US Government contracts, FMS contracts, and/or Commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract/purchase order terms and conditions and government contracting processes.
• Knowledge of contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, IDIQ, etc.) and IP/data rights clauses.
• Experience with subcontract flow downs, change management, inspection, and close-out.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts.
• Negotiate and administer agreements with customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review solicitation terms and amendments, identify issues, advise stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit compliant Truthful Cost or Pricing Data proposals.
• Monitor performance, cost controls, and contract compliance.
• Prepare teaming agreements, MOUs, and other contractual documents.
• Assist in export license applications and maintain internal/external relations.
• Support special projects as needed.
