Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of Government and Commercial contracts. The role includes proposal development, negotiation, and ongoing administration, ensuring alignment with policies and government requirements.

You will provide strategic contractual guidance, respond to inquiries, and support cost proposals and export/license activities. A strong background in prime government contracts and IP/data rights is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• ~5+ years of experience administering Prime US Government contracts, FMS contracts, and/or Commercial contracts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of government contracting terms and conditions across various contract types.
• Advanced knowledge of IP rights clauses, data rights, and export controls, with experience in negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor performance on major government contracts.
• Negotiate and administer agreements with customers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Review solicitation terms, amendments and modifications for compliance and risk.
• Provide contractual guidance to program teams and leaders.
• Prepare and submit compliant Truthful Cost or Pricing Data proposals.
