Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering Prime US Government, FMS, and/or Commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, government contracting process, and IP/data rights.
• Experience in negotiating and drafting contracts, POs, MOUs and other agreements.
• Experience with export license applications and compliance.
• Proficiency in proposal preparation, cost analysis, and source selection.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of Government and Commercial contracts, including proposal development and submission.
• Negotiate terms and conditions; monitor performance and ensure compliance.
• Provide contractual advice and respond to inquiries; support program and operations managers.
• Administer deliverables, billings, and cash collections for major contracts.
• Prepare teaming agreements, MOUs, MOAs, and export license assistance.
