Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
~5+ years of experience administering Prime US Government contracts, FMS contracts, and/or Commercial contracts.
Strong understanding of contract/purchase order terms, government contracting process, sole source and competitive procurements.
Advanced knowledge of government IP/software and data rights clauses and IP marking guidelines.

Responsibilities

Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts.
Conduct negotiation and administration of agreements between company, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Review solicitations, awards, amendments and identify issues; provide guidance to Contract Lead/Program Managers.
Prepare contractual documents and contract terms; assemble documentation.
Assist in export license applications; manage internal/external relations.
