Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator based at our Bridgeton facility with an option for in-person or remote work.

The role oversees the full lifecycle of Government and Commercial contracts, including proposal development, negotiations, and ongoing administration. You will advise Integrated Product Teams on contractual risk, draft and review terms, and ensure compliance with government specifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
5+ years of experience administering Prime US Government contracts, FMS, and/or Commercial contracts.
Strong understanding of contract/purchase order terms and conditions and government contracting process.
Knowledge of IP/data rights clauses and IP marking guidelines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related contract systems.

Responsibilities

Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts.
Conduct negotiation and administration of agreements with customers/subcontractors/vendors.
Review solicitation terms, award confirmations, and amendments; identify issues.
Provide contractual guidance to Program/Operations teams and respond to inquiries.
Prepare and submit compliant Truthful Cost or Pricing Data proposals.
Monitor contract performance, cost controls, and deliverables; manage billing.
