Job summary

DoubleVerify is seeking a Corporate Systems Engineer to own Google Workspace, Slack, and collaboration tech for the NYC HQ with a hybrid work model. You will manage user lifecycle, security settings, and guest access, while supporting C-level executives across devices and conferencing tools.

Join a high-trust, technically hands-on role responsible for AV projects, ITSM automation, and knowledge-base development to deflect tickets and improve operational efficiency at the Global HQ.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated Google Workspace and Slack administration experience.
• Sole ownership of Workspace governance with domain-wide delegation.
• Experience shipping Slack apps/workflows beyond simple config.
• End-to-end conference room AV project ownership.
• MDM/endpoint management at scale (Jamf and/or Workspace ONE).
• Proven ITSM/ticketing automation reducing volume of support time.
• Strong macOS and Windows troubleshooting.
• Genuine white-glove executive support experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end administration and governance of Google Workspace and Slack, including user lifecycle and app security controls.
• Own conference room AV and collaboration tech across the NYC HQ footprint.
• Own MDM/endpoint management across ~100 apps and 300–400 users.
• Provide white-glove technical support to C-level executives across devices and tools.
• Own the Corporate Systems ticketing queue end-to-end and build automations to reduce tickets.
• Build and maintain the department knowledge base and SOPs.
