Job summary

Veriipro in Sunnyvale, CA seeks an experienced Google Workspace Admin to secure and streamline our cloud environments. You will manage users, groups, OUs, and automate onboarding; implement SSO/OAuth; enforce DLP and access controls; maintain Vault, Apps Script, and Admin SDK.

Collaborate with IT and security teams across devices and domains, ensuring compliant, scalable administration and seamless user experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Google Workspace users, groups, and OUs.
• Strong knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth, and context-aware access.
• Proficiency with Google Vault, DLP and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Administer Google Workspace users, groups, OUs, roles, and automate onboarding/offboarding.
• Secure Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet, Chat, and Calendar via DLP and access controls.
• Implement SSO, SAML/OAuth integrations and Zero Trust controls.
• Manage endpoint admin and compliance across Android/iOS/macOS/Windows/ChromeOS.
• Configure domains, DNS, mail routing, SPF/DKIM/DMARC and third-party app governance.
• Administer Google Vault for retention, legal holds, and eDiscovery.
• Monitor Security Center, alerts, and audit logs for incident response.
• Develop automation and compliance reports using Apps Script and Admin SDK.
• Maintain documentation and provide admin/end-user training.
