Qualifications

• 5+ years in a corporate platform or collaboration services engineer role.
• 5+ years with demonstrable experience as the “primary owner” of a core product – Slack or Google Workspace, able to speak to technical detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with data migration, automation scripts, custom build integrations, bots and workflows.
• Knowledge of AI models and daily use of these tools.
• Hands-on coding with JSON, REST APIs, Python or similar technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS).
• Ability to work in a global organization across multiple time zones.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and own tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Slack integrations, workflows, apps and services as the primary owner.
• Design, develop, and optimize Google Workspace and Zoom integrations using APIs and tooling.
• Develop custom scripts or low/no-code solutions to move data between collaboration platforms.
• Build bots and automations that enhance performance and leverage AI models.
• Ensure secure, scalable growth of collaboration tools and migrations across regions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, Support, Sales to solve problems.
• Write and build custom solutions when products fall short.
• Support IT Engineering with escalations and cross-team requests.
• Drive AI outcomes and enable teams to use AI tech across the business.
