Job summary
Crunchyroll is hiring a Senior IT Engineer to administer and improve enterprise SaaS platforms powering a global workforce. You will own day-to-day platform administration for Google Workspace, Slack, ChatGPT, Glean, and Zoom, working with IAM, Security, IT Support, People, Procurement, and app owners to deliver secure and scalable employee tech services.
You will configure applications, troubleshoot provisioning, manage licenses, and automate workflows.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Corporate IT, IT engineering, or SaaS administration for large orgs
- Hands-on Okta administration including SSO, MFA, lifeycle mgmt
- Experience integrating SaaS apps with Okta (SAML, OIDC, SCIM)
- Strong Google Workspace admin experience (users, groups, admin, auditing)
- Experience with Slack, Zoom, ChatGPT, and Glean enterprise platforms
Responsibilities
- Configure SaaS apps for enterprise use and connect to Okta using SAML/SCIM
- Troubleshoot provisioning and authentication issues
- Manage roles and licenses and automate workflows
- Support joiner/mirer/leaver workflows and automate provisioning
- Write scripts and use REST APIs to scale integrations
- Monitor platform health, incidents, and licensing utilization
- Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support and maintain runbooks and docs
- Collaborate with owners and vendors to onboard new SaaS capabilities
