Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Senior IT Systems Engineer to support our SaaS-based Collaboration and Endpoint Management platforms. You will configure, integrate, administer, and support Google Workspace, Slack, Office365, Confluence, Jira, Okta, Jamf, and Intune, with a strong security mindset.

Responsibilities include automating workflows with Python/PowerShell/Okta Workflows, maintaining security compliance for Mac and Windows endpoints, and partnering with Security, Engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or comparable experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting SaaS collaboration tools and Mac/Windows endpoint management.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Deep knowledge of email delivery flow, IT security, and IAM concepts.
• Understanding of RBAC and permissions models across core SaaS apps.
• Scripting and automation experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and escalate support for SaaS platforms.
• Implement and maintain security policies, deployment, patching, and compliance for Mac and Windows endpoints using Jamf and Intune.
• Own lifecycle management of core collaboration and endpoint platforms.
• Develop automation scripts/workflows (Python, PowerShell, Okta Workflows).
• Monitor system health and pro-actively resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Security, Engineering, HR, and Legal to align SaaS tools with infrastructure.
