The Maintenance Technician IV performs corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance on process equipment, with setup/changeover support in controlled environments up to CNC. Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and training are key.

Qualifications

• Experience performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance in a GMP environment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Proficient in CMMS (Maximo, SAP).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• English language proficiency in reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, and changeovers on process equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance using data within the operating area.
• Troubleshoot electronic, environmental monitoring, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Install new equipment and oversee upgrades according to SOPs.
• Maintain cGMP documentation and related records (work orders, batch records).
• Provide operator training on equipment setup and minor repairs.
