The Lead Maintenance Technician IV leads and performs ongoing corrective, predictive and preventative maintenance for PET process equipment in a cGMP environment, including setup, changeover support, and training to

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment with maintenance responsibilities.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment parts and tooling.
• Proficient with CMMS such as Maximo or SAP.
• Ability to lead a small team in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead emergency repair, rebuilds, changeovers and inspections.
• Document activities in the work order system per cGMPs.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical systems.
• Provide training on equipment setup and adjustments.
• Lead installation of new equipment and oversee upgrades.
• Perform 5S and maintain organized operating areas.
• Ensure safety procedures and OSHA guidelines compliance.
• Support PET activities and project validation.
