Job summary

Resilience in Ohio seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician IV to guide and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on process equipment within a regulated biomanufacturing environment.

You will lead a small team, perform setup/changeover support in aseptic areas, and ensure compliance with cGMP and safety protocols while driving continuous improvement and training for PET staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment with equipment maintenance and performance.
• English language proficiency in reading, writing, and communication.
• Ability to lead a small team of technical resources in a cGMP environment.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems such as Maximo or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead emergency repair, rebuilding, changeovers and inspections on process equipment.
• Complete and review documentation in the work order system to close out activities per cGMPs.
• Monitor equipment performance through data in the assigned area.
• Train operators and technicians for setup and adjustments or repairs.
• Oversee installation of new equipment and upgrades per SOPs.
• Perform 5S and maintain organized operating areas.
• Follow safety procedures per SOPs and OSHA guidelines.
