Walmart Inc. in Covington, WA is seeking a store leadership professional to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will mentor teams, manage budgets, and implement process improvements to achieve profit goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, compliance with company ethics, and an inclusive workplace. Experience with supervisory responsibilities and Live Better U programs is a plus.

Competenze

• 2 years of college or equivalent experience with 1 year supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC/eligibility checks may apply to firearms-selling facilities; other state requirements may apply.
• Associates will be required to attend trainings (Academy, Open Door, etc.) and follow policy.
• Bachelor degree in Business Management and Leadership is preferred for growth and leadership responsibilities.
