Job summary

Walmart is seeking an experienced leader to supervise and develop hourly associates, hiring and mentoring staff, and promoting a culture of belonging. You will coordinate activities with store teams, drive customer service excellence, and ensure performance against business goals.

You will lead staffing, training, and change initiatives while modeling Walmart's values and OBW service standards to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC and state-specific requirements may apply for certain facilities.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
• Promote a belonging mindset and recruit qualified associates to meet staffing needs and growth goals.
• Lead and develop teams, communicate objectives, and drive store operations and customer service initiatives.
• Model exceptional customer service and resolve customer needs and issues per OBW.
