Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college or one year of retail experience plus one year supervisory experience; or two years general work experience plus one year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties and recognizing performance.
• Promote a culture of belonging and drive store operations, customer service, and business initiatives.
• Lead and develop teams through coaching, feedback, and implementing process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies and support the company mission and ethics.
