Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and communication.
• Drive store financial performance by managing PL, budgeting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve customer issues.
• Hire, train, and mentor associates; promote belonging in the workplace.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities with stakeholders.
