Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

• All job-required trainings and assessments must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties and recognizing achievement.
• Lead store operations, merchandising, and company initiatives; tour store and provide feedback (Tour-to-Teach).
• Drive customer service excellence and resolve issues by following OBW service model and Open Door Policy.
