Walmart Inc. in Marysville, WA is seeking a Store Leadership role responsible for guiding and developing store teams, driving sales, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

You will manage budgeting, staffing, and operations, and partner with associates to deliver results while upholding the One Best Way service model. The position emphasizes leadership, accountability, and the execution of strategy across store operations, with a focus on inclusivity, ethics, and improving the guest

Formación

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings (Academy, Open Door, etc.).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience supervising 5+ direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training and listening to associates; tour stores and provide feedback.
• Drive store financial performance by budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales goals.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve customer needs, complaints and issues.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business objectives and promote a culture of belonging.
