Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME to lead Dow’s scheduling governance and provide expert support across global turnarounds in the Gulf Coast region. The role focuses on improving readiness, reducing risk, and ensuring adherence to platinum standards from FEL through execution.

The ideal candidate will bring deep Primavera experience, strong leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration skills, with the ability to travel up to 25% and operate in a complex, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5 years of turnaround or equivalent experience, or 10 years in lieu of degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera and scheduling software.
• Experience as master scheduler in major turnarounds preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• U.S. work authorized; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling discipline and governance.
• Provide scheduling leadership for major turnarounds ($30MM+).
• Assess readiness, health, and compliance across FEL and execution.
• Lead readiness reviews, gate reviews and challenge sessions.
• Develop recommendations to address readiness and risk.
• Support training and mentoring of schedulers.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
