Dow Inc. is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME to lead Dow's scheduling discipline across Gulf Coast turnarounds. You will drive readiness, governance, and execution excellence, partnering with site teams and leadership to ensure on-time, safe, and cost-effective turnarounds.

The role requires deep knowledge of Primavera, strong leadership, and travel up to 25% domestically and internationally, with a U.S. work authorization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience OR 10 years in turnaround execution and controls without a degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera, Scheduling software and turnaround work processes.
• Previous experience as a master scheduler in a major turnaround is preferred
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% annually
• TWIC card or eligibility to obtain a TWIC card
• U.S. work authorization with no visa sponsorship

Responsabilidades

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline, ensuring alignment with standards and governance.
• Provide scheduling leadership to turnaround teams, especially for major events ($30MM+), to improve readiness and execution.
• Assess readiness, health, and risk throughout FEL and execution phases; identify gaps and improvements.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, and gate reviews to ensure critical deliverables are met before execution.
• Develop recommendations to address deficiencies, reduce risk, and improve outcomes.
• Own the global scheduler qualification curriculum and mentor schedulers.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices across Dow.
• Support execution by monitoring performance, addressing critical issues, and enabling decisions for safety, cost, and reliability.
• Capture lessons learned and drive standardization and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-enabled solutions to advance scheduling capability
