Job summary

Dow is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME for the Gulf Coast region to lead scheduling across front-end loading and execution. You will guide readiness, governance, and performance, partnering with site teams and leadership to improve predictability and safety in turnarounds.

The role requires strong experience with Primavera P6, scheduling discipline, and global collaboration. US travel up to 25% may be required and relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in turnaround execution and project controls, or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera, Scheduling software, and turnaround work processes.
• Experience as master scheduler in a major turnaround is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow’s global turnaround scheduling operating discipline and governance.
• Provide scheduling leadership to turnaround teams for major events ($30MM+).
• Assess readiness, health, and risk across FEL and execution phases.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, and gate reviews to ensure deliverables are met.
