Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Global Turnaround Scheduler SME for the Gulf Coast Region. You will act as a technical resource for scheduling, guiding FEL and execution across major turnarounds, and driving readiness and risk management.

You will partner with site teams, leadership, and functional stakeholders to ensure discipline, governance, and continuous improvement in scheduling performance across global projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 5 years in turnaround or 10 years in lieu of degree.
• Deep knowledge of Primavera, Scheduling software and turnaround work processes.
• Previous experience as a master scheduler in a major turnaround is preferred.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
• TWIC card or eligible to obtain TWIC card.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Dow's global turnaround scheduling operating discipline and governance requirements.
• Provide scheduling leadership to turnaround teams for major events to improve readiness.
• Assess readiness, health, risks, and opportunities across FEL and execution phases.
• Lead readiness reviews, challenge sessions, and gate reviews to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Develop recommendations to address readiness deficiencies and improve outcomes.
• Own the global scheduler qualification curriculum and training activities.
• Lead global scheduler networks and promote best practices across Dow.
• Support turnaround execution by monitoring performance and enabling decisions that support safety and cost.
