Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking an experienced Global Trade Analyst - level 3 to join our team in the Virginia area. This hybrid role reports to the Manager of Global Trade and supports ITAR/EAR compliance, export/import controls, and international program execution.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in export trade compliance, with US secret clearance being a possibility. You will collaborate with Contracts, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure regulatory

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 9 years related experience.
5+ years in import/export trade compliance or international contracts.
Knowledge of ITAR, EAR and related US export regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and interpretation of ITAR, EAR, BATFE, and related regulations.
Collaborate with Contracts, Supply Chain, Engineering and other teams to identify export/import needs.
Prepare and submit export/import authorization requests and manage post-approval activities.
Support development and execution of strategies to ensure regulatory compliance.
Present in meetings and training sessions to address export/import questions.
Support corrective actions and resolve export/import issues with internal/external customers.
