Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking an experienced Global Trade Analyst - level 3 to join our team in Falls Church, VA. This role reports to the Global Trade Manager and focuses on ensuring export/import compliance for international programs across multiple programs.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or 9 years of related experience) and a strong understanding of ITAR, EAR, and associated regulations, with the ability to obtain a US Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in import/export trade compliance or international contracts.
• Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and other US Government Export Regulations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on ITAR/EAR and related regulations.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Engineering on export/import needs.
• Prepare and submit export/import authorizations and manage post-approval activities.
• Develop strategies with Global Trade Manager to meet business requirements and compliance.
• Present in meetings and train staff on export/import compliance.
• Resolve issues with internal/external customers to achieve win/win outcomes.
