Job summary

Halliburton's Global Business Services is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to support global time and attendance processes and ensure compliance with labor laws across a multinational environment. The role leads Workforce Software (WFS) testing, develops documentation, and provides post-go-live support.

You will train end users and act as a SME to resolve complex queries while driving standardization and efficiency across the payroll function.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in SAP or ADP/WFS integrations and enterprise payroll environments.
• Senior level individual contributor role.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, serve as a member of Global Business Services, supporting the administration, accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of Halliburton’s global time and attendance processes.
• Knowledgeable on global timekeeping practices, including labor law considerations, overtime rules, leave administration, and time-related payroll impacts across a multinational environment.
• Lead the Workforce Software (WFS) testing activities, including process analysis, test execution, issue resolution, and validation of time and attendance functionality.
• Produce proper supporting documentation related to timekeeping processes, audits, compliance reviews, and payroll-impacting activities.
• Provide post-go-live support, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, resolution, and continuous improvement for WFS.
• Provide training and support to end users, ensuring proper utilization of the WFS time and attendance system, processes, and policies.
• Provide support and guidance as a Subject Matter Expert on complex queries and issues to provide resolution to the team and stakeholders.
• Actively look to streamline process to drive standardization and efficiency of resources utilized.
