Job summary

Viasat seeks an experienced techno-functional Time & Labor specialist to manage global timecard platforms across multiple regions. You will lead daily operations, troubleshoot interfaces, and help harmonize data flows between Oracle OTL, Infor WFM, and other time & attendance tools.

The role requires strong requirements gathering, pay-rule configuration, and cross-functional collaboration with global teams to support payroll integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Techno-functional experience in time-and-labor systems in multi-country environments.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Strong expertise in Oracle OTL and Oracle EBS integrations with Project Accounting and General Ledger.
• Familiarity with Infor WFM, UKG, and Workday is beneficial during RFPs.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL troubleshooting.
• Experience with OBIEE and Cognos for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily time and attendance systems operations for timecard processing.
• Troubleshoot SQL/PL/SQL scripts and custom interfaces to ensure data accuracy.
• Harmonize data flows across Oracle OTL, Infor WFM, and other applications into a single platform.
• Gather global business requirements to configure pay rules and timecards.
• Create and run OBIEE and Cognos reports to monitor payroll integrity and data accuracy.
