Job summary

Point72 Asset Management, L.P. is seeking a payroll technology professional to support global payroll platforms across multiple countries. You will translate business needs into system requirements, configure payroll components, and coordinate urgent fixes to ensure accurate payroll execution.

You will work with Workday and outsourced providers, manage data mappings, testing, and audit controls, and collaborate across HR, finance, and tax systems to deliver resilient payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll systems and HR platforms such as Workday.
• Understanding multi-country payroll processes and tax concepts.
• Experience supporting outsourced payroll processing and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support global payroll across multiple countries.
• Analyze payroll processes and translate business needs into system requirements.
• Triages production issues and coordinates urgent fixes before payroll close.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations across payroll, HR, finance, and tax systems.
• Collaborate with global payroll teams on calendars, cutoffs, and payslips.
• Configure and maintain payroll-related system functionality and payslip setup.
• Lead testing for releases, country rollouts, and statutory updates.
• Reconcile payroll outputs and strengthen audit controls.
• Maintain documentation for payroll processes and data mappings.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver resilient payroll systems.
