Job summary

nVent is seeking a senior supply chain leader to craft and implement a comprehensive strategy for a high-growth business. You will guide SIOP, demand and production planning, and performance reporting to executives, while building a strong, global team of supply chain professionals.

Success requires a strategic and hands-on approach, deep manufacturing experience, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across functions. Willingness to travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Materials or Business Management.
• 15+ years leading teams in manufacturing supply chain.
• Experience with supply chain management implementation.
• ASCM certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel (<25%).

Responsibilities

• Lead the SIOP process and align across demand, supply, finance, and commercial teams.
• Demand Planning: forecast data analysis and service level improvements.
• Supply Planning: manage MRP, production scheduling, inventory optimization.
• Performance Reporting: develop KPIs and present to senior executives.
• Team & People Management: lead and develop a global supply chain team.
