• Willingness to travel 10–30% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global manufacturing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify optimal locations for manufacturing facilities considering cost & logistics.
• Lead cross-functional teams with R&D, procurement, logistics, and finance.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve quality.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies to address supply disruptions.
• Champion Lean maturity and mentor teams to build strong talent.
• Provide servant leadership focused on culture, development and results.
