Job summary

nVent seeks a seasoned ISC leader to shape and execute our global supply chain strategy across Plan, Source, Make and Deliver. You will design networks, lead cross-functional transformation, and partner with engineering, operations and finance to align investments with growth and NPI/NTI programs.

This role requires 12+ years in global supply chain leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to drive end-to-end value streams in a fast-growing, customer-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in global supply chain, manufacturing, and/or operations.
• Experience leading end-to-end supply chain strategy and cross-functional transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial/portfolio strategies into ISC implications including capacity, footprint, make versus buy, inventory, and margin.
• Own development of integrated, cross-functional ISC execution plans aligned to growth objectives.
• Partner with BU leaders, Planning, and ISC functions to deliver customer commitments and financial targets.
• Lead multi-year transformation roadmaps across Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver to improve service, cost, and supply chain performance.
• Own global capacity strategy and capital planning to support growth and NPI/NTI, translating demand signals into investments.
• Drive IBP/S&OP processes to synchronize supply and demand and ensure disciplined execution across ISC and functions.
• Lead governance across Manufacturing, Sourcing, Planning, Engineering, and Quality to deliver transformation initiatives.
• Serve as primary ISC business partner to Electrical Connections leadership and enable customer-focused growth.
