nVent is seeking a Senior Sourcing Leader to drive metals commodity strategies and lead a team across a global supply chain. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, quality, and manufacturing to align sourcing with business needs and manage supplier performance through metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and up to 25% travel in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a relatively large supply chain organization.
• Strong negotiation skills including multi-million dollar contracts.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop sourcing team members.
• Develop and execute sourcing/commodity strategies for metals.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Drive supplier performance through scorecards and business reviews.
• Identify and mitigate supplier and supply chain risks.
• Leverage data, analytics, and market intelligence for sourcing decisions.
