Job summary

nVent is seeking a Global Integrated Supply Chain Manufacturing Leader based at our Minneapolis, MN headquarters. You will define and execute a global manufacturing strategy, optimize locations, and lead cross-functional teams across R&D, procurement, logistics and finance to align with growth objectives.

You will drive continuous improvement, strengthen risk management, champion Lean maturity, and develop a strong leadership bench while navigating a fast-paced, matrixed global environment with

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Business, Engineering or similar field required.
• MBA or other graduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years in operations, supply chain transformation, and/or plant leadership in Manufacturing; automotive industry a plus.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Lean Methodologies.
• Knowledge of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, and AI.
• Ability to be an inspiring leader with analytic rigor, creativity, and judgment.
• Experience collaborating across functions to achieve business results.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel 10%–30% (domestic and international).

• Optimize locations for manufacturing facilities considering cost, logistics, and market proximity.
• Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, procurement, logistics, and finance.
