Job summary

nVent is seeking an experienced ISC leader to translate strategy into supply chain execution across global networks, including capacity planning, network design, and end-to-end value streams. You will lead multi-year transformation initiatives, partner with BU leaders, and drive performance through IBP, governance, and strong financial acumen.

Domestic and international travel up to 25% is expected. This role demands a track record in NPI/NTI, lean transformation, and cross-functional leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in global supply chain, manufacturing, and/or operations.
• End-to-end supply chain strategy and execution.
• Global network design and capacity planning.
• Leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Business-facing ISC leadership roles.
• Plant leadership experience and/or multi-site operations experience.
• Experience supporting high-growth businesses.
• Strong financial acumen and link ISC decisions to P&L outcomes.
• Experience with NPI/NTI in complex manufacturing environments.
• Lean, value stream optimization, and operational excellence.
• Strategic and systems thinker with execution orientation.
• Operate across end-to-end value streams and global networks.
• Influence and collaboration in a matrixed environment.
• Lead large programs and govern cross-functional execution.
