Job summary

nVent is seeking a Transformation Director for Integrated Supply Chain to translate business strategy into ISC execution across global operations. You will own multi-year transformation roadmaps spanning Plan, Source, Make and Deliver, and drive value-stream optimization for speed, cost, and resilience.

The role requires 12+ years of global supply chain leadership, with experience in network design, capacity planning, NPI/NTI, and strong P&L awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in global supply chain, manufacturing, and/or operations.
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution.
• Experience with global network design, capacity planning, and NPI/NTI.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L awareness.
• Lean, value stream optimization, and operational excellence background.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into integrated ISC execution plans.
• Lead multi-year transformation roadmaps across Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver.
• Own global value stream network design and capacity planning.
• Drive IBP/S&OP processes and risk management.
• Lead cross-functional governance and program delivery.
