Repligen seeks a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead global service systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics. You will partner across Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to build scalable solutions that drive business performance and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business systems, analytics, or service operations technology.
• Strong experience with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Partner with service leadership to define global service processes and best practices.
• Translate business needs into scalable system requirements and solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, and optimization of service systems globally.
• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other systems.
• Develop a service master data strategy ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Build dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Create Power BI and Tableau reporting solutions for operational insights.
• Create data flows and automations to transform data into actionable intelligence.
• Collaborate with Service, IT, Finance, Quality, and Field Service teams.
