Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS selling to C-level executives.
• 5+ years experience selling into contact centers.
• Experience building profitable partner ecosystems.
• Experience developing detailed go to market plans.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration.
• Lead a sales effort with AWS Senior Enterprise Sales Representatives, Solutions Architects, Partners and engagements at the CxO level.
• Drive engagement at the CxO/VP level and interact with developers and technical architects.
• Think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges and convey compelling value propositions.
• Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a sales plan.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners and OEMs to extend reach and adoption of AWS solutions.
• Manage contract negotiations with the core sales organization.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
